CranioSacral therapy is energy balancing work addressing dynamic activity of the Cranium (skull) at the top of the spine down to the Sacrum (the large, triangular bone at the base of the spine and at the upper and back part of the pelvic cavity) and the function of total body connective tissues. Light, subtle techniques assist the self-correcting CranioSacral spinal energy.
